Taylor graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2023 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is well versed in a range of massage techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. While obtaining her diploma, she was able to work with a variety of populations, including pregnant patients, seniors, athletes and pre/post surgical patients.
She has worked as a dance teacher and choreographer for 6 years, which has contributed to her fundamental understanding of how the body moves and operates as a system.
