Chiropractic is an evidence-based, non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints. Chiropractors use a combination of treatments, depending on the specific needs of the individual patient. After taking a history, performing an examination and establishing a diagnosis, a chiropractor can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment/management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise and other non-invasive therapies, and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage therapists treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.

My Name is Gianluca Bruno-Bossio and I am a graduate from both Humber college and Guelph-Humber University. During my time in post-secondary school, I received a Diploma in Recreation & Services and Fitness & Health Promotions along with graduating with honours in the Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program at the University of Guelph-Humber.

Growing up I always had a passion for sports mainly basketball and soccer however, it was not until 2016 when fitness and health started to become a new passion of mine. I made the decision to return to school in 2017 two years removed from completing my first diploma program. What sparked my interest to return was my new curiosity and love for fitness and health which would in turn become a passion for the science and theory behind everything fitness and health related. During my four-year return to education, I obtained a diploma, a degree along with certifications in both personal training and group training along with valuable experience working with athletes across many internships. The most important thing I learned over this time however is I want to stay in the fitness and health world and help other individuals reach their goals.
